Hundreds of Loughborough residents and visitors enjoyed a day of free live entertainment at Queen's Park on Sunday, 27 September 2026, at the annual Music in the Park event organised by Charnwood Borough Council.

The event featured a line-up of local performers including Sing it Happy, Act One Youth Theatre, Saffy & Freddie, Charnwood Concert Band, Daniel Porter, Twist of Rock and So Pink. A silent disco was also on site, alongside a variety of food and drink stalls.

The entertainment attracted people of all ages in what organisers described as a relaxed family atmosphere, with something available for everyone.
